School-based Occupational and Physical Therapy The ultimate goal of The FOCUS Center is for children to be able to reach their fullest potential within the school system. We work closely with teachers and staff to facilitate a child’s functionality, integration and success in the classroom. Following an individual child’s IEP, we provide group therapy within the classroom setting, consultation, monitoring, in-services, and recommendations for classroom modifications.
The FOCUS Center develops classroom groups which are cost effective to the school.

Handwriting (Pre-writing to Cursive)
Sensory Integration
Self-Regulation
Motor Planning
Oral-Motor Issues
Balance and Strength
